AHGS Next, Inc. is a Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) company involving contracting of the operations and responsibilities of specific business functions or processes to a third party service provider in all phases, such as but not limited to, front and back office outsourcing, near shore and offshore outsourcing, Information Technology (IT) and the export business of software development, marketing, wholesale, distribution, and licensing; and to provide outsourced services, including but not limited to, software maintenance, customer service relations and technical support, for the international and local market with at least 60% of the products and services shall be exported.


Job Description:

- Take action to phone problems and grievances using standardized scripts and processes.

- Gathers information, researches/resolves inquiries, and records consumers phone calls.

- Communicates most advisable solutions for agreement in a prompt method

- Provides practical information, exercising, and aid to lower-level staff members

- Build sustainable relationships and trust with customers through open and interactive communication.

- Perform all general data entry task

- Verify data is accurate before entering into database

- Data editing and proofing

- Apply data program techniques and procedures

- General reports



- At least one (1) year of call center experience and finished at least two (2) years in college or a Bachelor’s Degree Holder

- Excellent English Communication skills (spoken and writing)

- Minimum keyboard skills of at least 35 words per minute

- Ability to multi-task and navigate multiple applications at the same time.

- Strong customer service skills (ability to build rapport, demonstrate empathy and outline key steps in delivering good customers service)

- Strong analytical and problem solving skills to comprehend, solution and act on presented customer concern or problem.

- Amenability to work on site

- Amenability to work at night full time, shifting schedules, Philippines holidays
