SR. ACCOUNT MANAGER

 

Responsibilities:

  • Responsibilities include developing long-term relationships with a portfolio of clients, connecting with key business executives and stakeholders:

    • Grow existing accounts vertically (upsell of services) and horizontally (introduce RC services to other DMs in other departments from the same company).

    • Do phone outreach to contacts who have been unresponsive after one follow-up email. If contact is still unresponsive, work with the lead-gen team to get another contact name from that same company.

    • For accounts without activities, nurture relationships by sending them updates about RC such as latest service trends in the market, updated work we’ve done not within NDA, good-to-know articles, thought pieces related to the client’s business tied to RC services

  • This person will liaise between customers and cross-functional internal teams to ensure the timely and successful delivery of services according to customer needs:

    • Ensure that consultation meetings are scheduled in a timely manner.

    • Maintain an efficient communication channel with the PMs.

    • Do the necessary follow ups with the PMs and Production POCs. If this fails send feedback to me for proper management.

  • Manage and develop client accounts to initiate and maintain favorable relationships with clients:

    • Conduct temp check or survey to clients and solicit feedback on how the team is handling the project versus the client’s expectations.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree holder of Business Management or any related courses

  • Minimum of 5 years overall experience with at least 3-4 years client -facing or Sales experience, or account manager experience

  • Experience in Digital Marketing companies will be an advantage

  • Amenable to work 9am-6pm Mondays to Fridays

  • Temporary work from home set-up
