Annual sales are a few million dollars which growth reached 50% more than last year. 

 

We have already set up our expansion in Cebu City and currently developing our own system for ECShop and other in-house tools. Our branch specializes in developing Websites and Apps through our dedicated PHP and IOS/Android Developers. Our aim is to expand our business to some Asian countries including Vietnam, Thailand, Indonesia and etc.

We are looking for a Marketing Associate!

 

Job Description:


We are looking for dependable, client service-oriented marketing associates with excellent communication, time-management, and organizational skills. Marketing associates can expect to work closely with account executives and marketing managers, do research, edit copy, and follow trends. Usually overseen by marketing managers, their responsibilities include helping to collect data, forecast trends, and assess customer satisfaction. They may also be asked to liaise between company and client, handle social media accounts, and help with event planning.

 

To be successful as a marketing associate you must understand the importance of confidentiality, stay up-to-date with style guides and marketing trends, and be a good writer and speaker. The ideal candidate for this position will have excellent administrative and word processing software skills, presentation know-how, and experience with relevant technology.


Responsibilities:

  • Conducting market research.

  • Supporting the marketing team.

  • Doing day-to-day administrative tasks.

  • Writing and proofreading press releases.

  • Helping to plan events, projects, and campaigns.

  • Reporting on research findings.

  • Helping to create proposals and presentations.

  • Helping to run social media accounts.

  • Communicating with clients and maintaining good relations.

To qualify for this position, you must possess the following:

 

  • Must be a College Graduate (Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field)

  • Has strong marketing background / experience is a MUST (at least 3 years experience)

  • Can handle workload pressure and must be able to meet target / goals / quota 

  • Deep understanding of CRM systems and best practices

  • Proven ability to lead a small team to meet quotas

  • Must be computer literate (e.g. MS , Google , Other platform applications , WhatsApp / Viber / Instagram etc ) 

  • Excellent mentoring, coaching and people management skills

  • Strong business sense and industry expertise, commercial awareness partnered with a Creative Mind 

  • Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close

  • Committed to continuous education through workshops, seminars and conferences

  • Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization

  • Goal oriented, hard-working & driven to multi-task , critical thinker

  • Highly attentive to details with initiative that can make our sales to prosper, a good team player & has an excellent leadership skills

  • Professional, strong work ethic, reliable, & PUNCTUAL

  • Must have laptop / desktop and a strong internet fiber connection (at least 15 MBPS)

Successful candidate who will be part of our BBO team will enjoy this package in addition to her basic pay:

  • Working hour: 10 a.m. - 7 p.m. (1-hour lunch break) from Mondays to Fridays.
