Is currently looking for:

 

PROJECT MANAGER

 

Responsibilities:

  • Performs assigned project tasks in quality, time and budget

  • Performs analysis, concepts and solution proposals according to defined methods together with stakeholders on customer’s side and other consultants. Moderate and coordinate work with customers’ experts. Support design or resolution process with adequate methods.

  • Identify and reports of risky activities for the project development

  • Ensures consistency across different projects

  • Determines communication needs to other consultants and project managers, support information management for stakeholders

  • Responsible for project success in time, budget and quality according to defined methods.

  • Project set up and development of scope; Planning and tracking: resources, progress, quality and budget

  • Allocates resource and task assignment, change management as well as expectation and escalation management. Risk management: identification, analysis, planning and monitoring

  • Communicates with stakeholders and information management (collection, elaboration and distribution) among stakeholders.

  • Develops and maintain Project’s QA Plan, as well as process and work product criteria for all standard processes

Qualifications:

  • Degree in Business Administration or Degree in Computer Science or IT related, Executive or international MBA will be appreciated.

  • Basic level and some experience in SAP modules (Knowledge, experience and application of one or more SAP modules from the functional, IT side and user side)

  • Theoretical knowledge in Business IT systems (Knowledge, experience and application of Auto line, CESAR, SPICS etc.. depending on the area of expertise from the functional and IT side and from the user side)

  • Good knowledge and experience in Excel and Office tools (Knowledge, experience and application of MS Office tools, other project tools, Visio.)

  • English: Speaks and writes business language fluently

  • Experience with specific trainings in Business skills (Masters management tools and practices)

  • Good knowledge and experience in Team leadership (Ability to prioritize and distribute work, to set up goals and track performance. Ability to motivate teams)

  • Specialist or expert with broad experience in Project management (Scope, budget, risk, and communication management. Specific methodologies: Houston, PMI, etc.)

  • Good knowledge and experience in Consulting methods (Moderation techniques, structured methods to analyse requirements and design solutions).

  • Experience with specific trainings in Relationship and SLA management (Negotiation, development, tracking and evaluation of SLAs. Negotiation of conditions, conflict mediation and escalation)

  • Experience with specific trainings in CMMI and other quality systems (Knowledge of structure and function)

  • Basic level and some experience in MPC Business process knowledge (Knows and understands the MPC business and the impact in accounting. Able to identify accounting impacts based on MPC business changes or vice versa.)

  • Basic level and some experience in Finance and accounting processes (Knowledge of finance and accounting business processes)

  • Basic level and some experience in Accounting (Knowledge the entire accounting process and the interdependencies with other accounting processes.)

  • Basic level and some experience in Controlling (Knowledge of controlling methods, tools and processes (forecasting, planning, budgeting, cost center mgmt., etc.)

  • Good knowledge and experience in Communication (Communication with different stakeholders with different interests. Conflict mediation and escalation.)

  • Good knowledge and experience in Analytical skills (Ability for in depth analysis)

  • Specialist or expert with broad experience in Customer orientation (Ability to meet customer demands without bringing the company into disadvantage)

  • Specialist or expert with broad experience in Team work (Ability for collaborative working)

  • Process and Project oriented.

  • Some experience in the analysis / design of business processes
