HUMAN RESOURCE SUPERVISOR

 

Qualifications:

  • Must be a graduate of BS in Psychology, or any behavioral course

  • At least 3-years work-related experiences as HR Supervisor preferably in a construction firm

  • Must have experience in all HR facets (i.e: Payroll, Timekeeping, Employee Relations, Employee Engagement, Recruitment, Performance Evaluation, Job Analysis, Training, Organizational Development, and Administrative work)

  • Conduct and oversee recruitment process from Manpower Request, formulation of job description, Job Posting, Job sourcing, Job Interviewing, Job Offer, Contract Signing, deployment, issuance of ATM Payroll and Company ID; Conducting of Performance Evaluation and issuance of regularization notice.

  • Must have experience in Payroll System, and Government-Mandated Benefits E-Gov System

  • Oversee employees Movement to the Govt. Mandated benefits and Company’s Group Accident Insurance. Monitoring of attendance of employees

  • Oversee Payroll deductions such as Cash Advances and others.

  • Must have experiences in handling employee relations and execution of disciplinary action

  • Must have experience in creating and implementation of company policy base on Philippine Labor Law standards that promote a healthy working environment.

  • Must have experiences for reportorial for DOLE

  • Work closely with other departments (Operations, Accounting, and Motor Pool)

  • Must ensure legal compliance throughout Human Resource Management

  • Amend/introduce necessary amendments to the company policy

  • Must have initiative to do the job and amenable to fast pace environment

  • Must be Pro-active, team player, and result-oriented

Job Summary:

  • Oversee and Implement Government-Mandated Benefits

  • Oversee and Implement Timekeeping for weekly and Bi-Monthly base employees

  • Oversee and Implement Recruitment Process Flow

  • In charge of weekly and Bi-Monthly Manpower update report

  • In charge of Employee Relations Report

  • In charge of weekly Recruitment tracker Report

  • Assist all other HR related works
