MedSpecialized, Inc. is looking for Virtual Trainers!

WORK FROM THE COMFORTS OF YOUR HOME!* The Virtual Trainer is allowed to work from home. Once the pandemic situation is better, the Virtual Trainer may be required to report in our IT Park office in Cebu.

Office Location: 8F Skyrise 4B, Cebu IT Park, W Geonzon St, Cebu City

Holidays: All national Philippines and USA holidays are observed.

Monthly Salary (not including bonuses): 24,000 - 30,000PHP

Responsibilities:

Facilitate trainings and webinars as assigned
Participate and contribute to continuous learning culture by maintaining engagement on change management, product and services releases, policies, processes, and procedures
Assist Training Manager with Boot Camp Assignments and Train Back Sessions
Assist with Quality Analysis prior to client go lives
Other miscellaneous duties as assigned by Training Manager

Requirements:

Must be a Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) Graduate. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply!
Must have Clinical Background
Confident, motivated and with excellent follow through skills
Must score exceptionally high in our Aptitude exams, should have 90% and above
Must have good communication skills
Must be willing to work in graveyard shift 9PM-6AM (PHT)
