Duties and Responsibilities 

  • Takes prospective calls from sales leads to educate customers on our products and services, converting calls into  sales  

  • Follow-ups with potential leads and existing customers to share information on how you can help them grow  their business 

  • Makes outbound lead follow-ups to potential and existing customers by telephone and e-mail to qualify leads  and sell products and services 

  • Redirects or at times assists with inbound customer calls that may need service or issue resolution

  • Ensures schedule adherence and fully utilize tools and resources provided to gain market knowledge and  intelligence 


  • At least college level  

  • Must have at least 1 year sales experience in a Call Center industry 

  • Proven record of exceptional customer service skills 

  • Tech Savvy; knowledge and proficiency with today’s technology 

  • Excellent oral and written communication skills 

  • Good research and problem-solving skills 

  • Self-motivated, flexible and a team player 

  • Must be amenable to work permanent night shift
