Job responsibilities

  • Supervises and supports the Recruitment Selection team.

  • Plans, directs and supervises Recruitment in general processing and recommending applicants to positions they are qualified for

  • Creates Selection Reports and delegation of tasks to the Selection team.

  • Coordinates with the Sourcing team for recruitment activities and initiatives planning and implementing.

  • Plots of Manpower requests on Manpower Requirement Report. Facilitates and implements manpower requests, ensures targets are met.

  • Coordinates with Operations/BDG/Department Managers/Function Heads/CEO for manpower needs/requirements/requests.

  • Coordinates with HR Manager for recruitment concerns, to ensure smooth flow of recruitment operations recruitment budget.

  • Develops recruitment selection documents or recruitment forms necessary for each recruitment selection process to ensure quality of hires.

  • Performs other tasks assigned by the Recruitment Manager Creates Job Offers and Probationary Contracts Serves Job Offers Creates and Uploads Employee Codes Updates ESS every Payroll Cut Off Conducts Screening and Endorsement for all Non agent hiring.

Job requirements

  • Bachelors degree in BS/AB Psychology, required

  • 2-4 years experience in HR/Recruitment in the BPO industry, required

  • Must be reliable, detail oriented and confident in dealing with different people

  • Must have a strong personality

  • Must be driven and must be self-starter
