NexSeed Inc. is engaged in software development and English education business. The development business is in the start-up phase and the company focuses on this business now. We are expanding the development business and we are looking for people with talents that can help our ever growing business. Our Filipino and Japanese staff work hand in hand and we also have three (3) affiliated companies in Japan and several branches in Cebu and in Japan which will be an edge to our employees as we assure stability and opportunity to experience and learn different cultures and accounts globally. In NexSeed’s engineer team, we continuously improve ourselves by learning new software technologies such as VueJS, Nuxt.js, Laravel and so on. We do not only have offshore clients but also develop our own internal services. As our group company has a game development department, you have the chance to be assigned to it.

 

Currently, we have 10 members on our team and are planning to have 40 members by the end of 2021! That is why we are looking for a highly competent, dynamic, growth-oriented individuals and assertive to be part of our growing team as:

 

MID-LEVEL FRONT END DEVELOPER

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Direct and manage project development from beginning to end

  • Develop and deliver progress reports, proposals, requirements documentation, and presentations if needed

  • Track project milestones and deliverables

  • Other duties as needed and assigned

Skill and Functional Competencies:

  • At least 2 years of experience in Front End Web development

  • Must be knowledgeable in:

    • HTML5/CSS3

    • SASS

    • ReactJS

    • Vue.JS

  • Experience working in an Agile/Scrum team

  • Hardworking, independent and highly motivated

  • Must be able to learn, understand, and apply new technologies

  • Demonstrate strong technical leadership skills

  • Strong written and oral communication skills

  • Strong interpersonal skills

  • Reacts to project adjustments and alterations promptly and efficiently

  • Strong sense of duty and work ethics
