What you will do:

Work with Sales and Marketing teams to review, recommend and implement best practice CRM processes and procedures within Hubspot
Day-to-day maintenance and management of Hubspot, including data hygiene/check ups
Manage all new user setups, permissions, deactivation, including transferring ownership of records for deactivated users
Preferred but not required building and manage dashboards, layouts, process automation, and other configurable parts of the interface for end-users
Any other tasks the business or executive team request

What we are looking for:

3 years of experience as a HubSpot administrator
HubSpot Sales, HubSpot Marketing Software, Service Hub certifications preferred but not required
Ability to advise and implement best practices
Strong experience in B2B software sales environments
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
The ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple projects concurrently
Must be willing to work mid-shift to night shifts
