ACCOUNTS RECEIVABLE STAFF
Details of Duties and Responsibilities:
Obtains revenue by verifying transaction information; computing charges and refunds; preparing and mailing invoices; identifying delinquent accounts and insufficient payments.
Collects revenue by reminding delinquent accounts; notifying customers of insufficient payments.
Prepares statement of accounts and collection reports
Maintains accounting ledgers by posting account transactions.
Verifies accounts by reconciling statements and transactions.
Resolves account discrepancies by investigating documentation.
Maintains financial historical records by filing accounting documents.
Conducts credit investigation on prospective new clients and updates Client’s credit information
Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Commerce, Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent.
At least 1 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Required Skill(s): Account Receivables, Collection, General Accounting, Payment and client monitoring, Communication skills
Preferably 1-4 Yrs Experienced Employee specialized in Finance - General/Cost Accounting or equivalent.
