Job Summary:
  • In-charge for overall office administration, budget and building maintenance
  • Ensures implementation of company policies and rules
Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Preparing expense reports and office budgets
  • Answer queries by employees and clients
  • Managing office supplies and ordering new supplies as needed.
  • Maintain and update company databases
  • Systematically filing important company documents.
  • Scheduling meetings and booking conference rooms.
  • Arrange travel and accommodations
  • Hiring maintenance vendors to repair or replace damaged office equipment.
  • Provide general HR, administrative and clerical support
  • Update office policies as needed
  • Ensure office cleanliness
  •  Accounting or Business Management  related course is an advantage
  • At least 6 months to 1 year as Admin Officer;  Automobile or Real Estate industry is an advantage
  • Cashiering, office-related works at least 2 years
  • Attention to details
  • Above average organizing and filing
  • Average people skills
  • Average English communication both written and verbal
