  • Provide Windows Systems and Networking technical support via phone, e-mail and other tools as and when required by Management, other team members, internal groups, and/or external customers
  • Daily Server and Network management and maintenance
  • Administer User Access
  • Provide an effective and, professional response and solution(s) to reported problems, including the proficient diagnosis and repair of network and/or computer system faults
  • Ensure that all requests and work undertake are logged and maintained throughout the lifecycle of the incident
  • Escalation of issues to appropriate support group/staff
  • Carry out additional responsibilities when required
Job Requirements/Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or other related field
  • 3-5 years of working experience in the related field required for this position
  • Strong hands-on experience implementing, troubleshooting, migrating, and administering the following Microsoft technologies:
    • Windows Server 2012 R2 and/or higher
    • Windows 8.1, and/or 10
    • Active Directory and Group Policy
    • Internet Information Services and SSL Certificates
    • DNS, WINS, and DHCP
    • Terminal Services
    • Cluster Services
    • Hyper-V
    • Office Suites
  • Basic knowledge in administering Microsoft SQL 2008 R2/higher Servers
  • Basic knowledge in administering Sophos End Point Security
  • Basic knowledge in administering Office 365 Environments
  • Basic knowledge in administering  Azure Environments
  • Basic knowledge in administering  Azure Backup Servers
  • Basic knowledge in administering  Azure Recovery Services
  • Basic knowledge in administering VMware ESXi servers
  • Fundamental knowledge in enterprise LAN/WAN networking infrastructure including maintaining Cisco routers and managed switches
  • Hands-on experience with server hardware (preferably Dell)
  • Proficient in both spoken and written English
  • Willing to work in a 24x7 shift environment
  • Relevant certifications an advantage
