We are looking for a General Virtual Assistant with accounting background and is fluent both English and Chinese/Mandarin language. Has a creative flare and can-do attitude who are not afraid to ask questions and make suggestions. With great personality and work attitude. Can start immediately!

What we are looking for (Preferred Skill Set)
  • Preferably with 1 year (or more) customer service / accounting & virtual assistance experience
  • Degree in Accounting  is preferable
  • Proficient in English & Chinese/Mandarin (both verbal & written)
  • Knowledgeable in Outlook, Excel and Xero
  • Logistics experience is an advantage
  • Be able to use Team viewer and Zoom 
  • Strong leadership skills with strong attention to details
  • Can work independently with less supervision
  • Value integrity and accountability
  • Shows high level of intelligence and initiative
  • Must have great work ethics, great attitude & pleasing personality
  • Can multi-task

What are you expected to do (Job Responsibilities)
  • Answer enquiries about products and services
  • Translate documents from English to Chinese and vice versa
  • Interpret for the client from English to Chinese and vice versa
  • Book transport for jobs and notify builders about the delivery date, time and who to contact
  • Manage project base job by keeping an eye on the status of each project.
  • Must have an initiative to double check any accounting issues per project like issuing invoices, making sure invoices are paid and that money is received
  • Follow-up with customers verbally and via email
  • Data entry and various office administration & accounting task
  • Co-ordinate between clients and different jobs
  • Create quotes
  • Process bookings in the system
  • Create reports
  • Perform Ad Hoc activities when required
  • Confidently handle and resolve any accounting and customer issues & enquiries
