Job Description

 

Provides assistance to the Corporate QMS Head in the review, creation and recommendation of smooth business & systems flow, policies and procedures of the company. Establish, implement and maintain the Quality Management System in accordance with the requirements for ISO 9001:2015. Ensures high standards of quality in the monitoring and implementation of company in-house systems. Coordinate with Programmers in aligning company systems to quality objectives

 

Responsibilities:

 

Assists the Corporate QMS Head to:

  • Ensure that process owners and/or departments conform with Quality Management System and ISO Related Standards

  • Ensure effective document system across all Business Unit operations

  • Ensure effective Internal Quality Audit System

  • Ensures effective implementation of Business Unit QMS adhering to the principle of continual improvement

  • Oversees the control, monitoring and maintenance of all internal and external activities as defined by the requirements of Quality Management System and other related standards.

  • Provides activities and recommends solutions to promote continual improvement

  • Provides Consistent and Standardized documented information (processes, policies, forms and quality records)

  • Monitors the strict implementation of documentation and record control processes including the other ISO mandatory procedures.

Requirements:

  • Must possess at least a Bachelor’s / College Degree in Business Administration/ Information Technology, Computer Science or equivalent

  • Preferably with knowledge in ISO 9001

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

  • Good presentation skills

  • Basic Flowcharting skills is an advantage

  • Must be organized, accurate, thorough and able to monitor work quality

  • Attention to details is a must

  • Good command of the English Language and the dialect

  • Must be adept in problem-solving including being able to identify issues and resolve it in a timely manner

  • Must be dependable, able to follow instructions, respond to management direction and must be able to improve performance through management feedback

  • Ability to identify, troubleshoot and adapt to a system or procedural changes as they arise
