What should you bring to the table?

• BA/BS in Human Resources Management or relevant field.
• Proven 2+ years of work experience as a Talent Sourcer or a similar role in the Human Resource Department.
• Hands-on experience with sourcing strategies.
• Familiar with HR databases, Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), and Candidate Management Systems (CMS).
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to present our company and open roles to potential candidates effectively.
• Outstanding time-management skills.
• Ability to work in teams or individually as and when required.
• Quick decision-making abilities.
• Strong negotiation and sales skills.
• Good interpersonal and organizational skills.
