 Responsibilities:

  • Provide inbound phone, chat and/or email support for existing clients in a professional and polite manner

  • Be a product expert to be able to provide training and support to our clients

  • No sales or outbound cold calls involved, though you must sound professional and courteous

Desired Skills & Knowledge:

  • Clear speaking voice

  • Excellent English communication skills - both written and verbal - along with active listening

  • At least 6 months of continuous customer service experience in a BPO company

  • Strong customer service skills

  • Great people skills

  • Strong attention to detail and can multitask

  • Willing to work full-time night shift
