E/E Service Department
Prepares monthly/daily work schedules of servicemen under him and sees to it that the schedules are followed.
Conducts regularly on the spot inspection of all equipment in his area to check the condition and performance unit and makes recommendation necessary for its improvement and/or servicing systems.
Coordinates with other sections on matters pertaining to proper maintenance of elevators and escalators.
Monitors inventory level of spare parts and initiates action to order whatever parts are needed.
Establishes good and constant contact with the owner/owner’s representative and entertains/proposes suggestions/recommendations necessary for the operations improvement.
Discusses with the owner service contract proposals and follow-ups subsequent.
Follow-ups with the owner/representative any request for adjustment on fees for service job provided on their equipment.
Coordinates efforts of his men in the collection of accounts and recommends discontinuation of service job if necessary.
Trains and develops his men to ensure effective performance of their jobs and for personal growth.
Performs other service-related tasks that may be assigned by the superior from time to time.
Graduate of BS Mechanical or Electrical Engineering, preferably licensed or have at least two (2) years of technical education.
Preferably with experience in field of engineering
Must have excellent communication skills, both oral and written English and Pilipino.
Can relate effectively to all types of people in the organization and demonstrate strong leadership ability.
Capable of negotiating effectively with the prospective clients.
Must possess a good moral character;
