We are in need of someone extraordinary to fill-in the vacant position of:
(Industrial relations/Employee relations)
Generally responsible to maintain and improve employee relations from organizing and updating employee files, track employee progress, noting promotions, recognition and policy violations and documenting them accordingly, manages relations between employees and upper management.
Handle Employee-Employer Relationship: act as a liaison between employer and employee in receiving and effectively handling employee complaints, escalating these complaints to the level of disciplinary or legal action when necessary; updating employees with any changes in company policy; advising supervisors on treatment of staff and company policies; responds to employee violations of policy and generally helps to resolve conflict in the workplace.
Resolution of Employee conflicts and misconduct: study and resolve problems which can affect productivity and poor performance related to misconduct by employees.
Bachelor’s degree in Law, Industrial Psychology, Human Resource Management or any business related courses
Preferably with human resources experience for at least 1-2 years of experience
Mature in personality and can handle different levels of the organization
Demonstrating a solid knowledge of labor laws and labor jurisprudence; ability to work with confidential information and basic skills in investigation
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, such as Excel and Word
Willing to work in a graveyard shift and shifting schedules
