About the Client:  DrCatalyst

DrCatalyst is a remote healthcare staffing organization that has over 250 billable staff from the Philippines servicing healthcare companies throughout America. We are looking for Energetic and Highly Fluent English speaking Nurses, Physical Therapists, or Occupational Therapists to serve new and existing US Healthcare clinics as Medical Records and Document Coordinators during the business hours of our respective clients. Throughout your career you will also get the opportunity to be trained on additional skills such as referral management, authorizations, phones, prescription coordination, eligibility and benefits, HEDIS, and more. 



The Medical Records & Document Coordinator is allowed to work from home. Once the pandemic situation is better, the Medical Records & Document Coordinator may be required to report in our IT Park office in Cebu.


Office Location: 8F Skyrise 4B, Cebu IT Park, W Geonzon St, Cebu City  


Hours and Work from:

Eight (8) hour night shifts (during USA clinic’s hours), with one (1) hour lunch,  working from home (WFH).



All national Philippines and USA holidays are observed, but Managers rotate to supply coverage only if billable employees are required to work. 



  • Monthly: 18,250 PHP or higher

    • Basic Salary: 12,000 PHP to 16,000 PHP (based on BPO Healthcare experience)

    • Allowances: 5,250 PHP for rice, laundry, food, clothing, and more

    • Attendance: 1,000 PHP or higher

  • Quarterly: 500 PHP or higher for performance and quality

  • Annual: One-time bonus of 5,000 PHP or higher for retention of the same clinic/client


  • While using the client’s EMR you shall first scrub unassigned faxes and identify level of urgency.

  • Properly assign urgency, provide detailed notes, and forward to appropriate onsite staff. 

  • Make outbound phone, fax, and email requests for missing or delayed medical records. 

  • Provide reminders and tasks for onsite personnel and additional DRC staff to follow up on. 

  • Properly manage client EMR profiles so that all consults and visits are billed faster. 


  • 20 mbps home internet connection or higher. 

  • No health concerns that prohibit you working full eight (8) hours shifts at night. 

  • Degree in Nursing, Physical Therapy, or Occupational Therapy.

  • Excellent English proficiency with strong communication skills.

  • 25 wpm or faster.

  • Computer literacy (GMail, Google Sheets).
