NETWORK OPERATION CENTER (NOC) SUPPORT ENGINEER
SkySwitch, a US-based provider of cloud communications solutions, is seeking an experienced NOC Support Engineer to work in its Bacolod site.
Support Engineers will work with clients to identify platform configuration and VoIP issues. Support is provided to clients from our ticketing system, over the phone, and through chat.
Entry level to Senior Support Engineer positions available
Starting monthly salary from 20k up to 30k
Manage service/problem tickets (RT) related to SIP and other applications promptly and within established SLAs.
Monitor system and application availability and performance information.
Troubleshoot and perform root cause analysis of basic software and hardware issues.
Responsible for problem resolution for production environments in areas of system expertise, and authority to escalate as necessary.
Other tasks as necessary
Bachelor's degree graduate, preferably ECE or IT courses
Technical Support experience is an advantage
Highly analytical and with strong problem-solving skills
Willing to be assigned to any work schedule
Ability to handle pressure and demands from multiple clients and competing priorities
Good interpersonal skills
General knowledge of computers and local networking skills
Interested in telecommunications technology
For Senior Support Engineers
At least 1-2 years experience in VoIP and SIP
Thorough understanding of VoIP and SIP
Ability to troubleshoot SIP signaling and quality of service issues
