Is currently looking for:
Cost Management:
  • Preparing tender and contract documents, including bills of quantities with the team and/or the client;
  • Carry out reconciliation of cost and value to date/forecast to keep the management team informed of project performance
  • Undertaking cost analysis for repair and maintenance project work;
  • Performing risk, value management and cost control;
  • Measure, price, negotiate and agree budgets and costs for variations to project scope
  • Measurement, pricing and valuation of post contract variations
  • Review and recommend improvements to both existing and proposed designs
  • Review and approve all contractors invoicing for work completeness and best possible
  • Review and approve all contractors invoicing for work completeness and best possible value
Supply Chain Procurement:
  • Advising on procurement strategy;
  • Producing and maintaining up to date procurement schedules
  • Reporting and forecasting
  • Identifying, analyzing and developing responses to commercial risks;
  • Analyzing outcomes and writing detailed progress reports;
Quantity Surveyor:
  • In charge of preparing and providing BOQ-BOM (Bill of Quantity-Bill of Materials) of all TRDC projects and developments
  • Responsible for quantity surveying and cost compliance
  • Work closely with Ops Strategy and Planning team and Ops Implementation Team to support the smooth running of the sites
  • Assist in the guidance and development of junior surveyors
  • Maintaining awareness of the different building contracts in current use;
  • Understanding the implications of health and safety regulations.
  • Visit site to measure and value works completed
  • Education
    • Graduate of Architecture or Engineering
  • Experience Required
    • At least 5 year experience in his/her field of expertise
  • Competencies Required
    • Knowledgeable in construction and development field
    • Good in Project Management & Scheduling
    • Good in Quantity Surveying
    • Knowledge in Technical Softwares and Systems that can be used in
      construction and development
    • Knowledge of Google Docs & Sheets, MS Word, Excel & Powerpoint
    • Leadership Skill
    • Excellent Communication Skills
    • Able to communicate Clearly & Effectively
    • Can delegate tasks to right personnel/contractors & or workers
    • Able to reassess the current project status and prioritize activities
    • Able to organize teamwork
    • Advanced Problem solving skills
