CUSTOMER SERVICES SPECIALIST
The main role of a Customer Service Specialist is to efficiently provide outstanding end-to-end customer experience and resolution of customers' accounts and/or concerns. The specialist is expected to work closely with our customers to define brand, culture, and customer demographic to tailor our delivery and drive brand enhancement.
High school graduates must have at least 1 year of customer service experience
College undergraduates with less than 4 semesters must have at least 1 year of customer service experience
College undergraduates with completed 4 semesters and College fresh graduates are encouraged to apply even without customer service experience
Excellent English communication skills
Detail-oriented with a strong ability to work in a fast-paced environment
