Triohm Services Philippines Inc is currently seeking multiple NURSES AND MEDICAL OFFICE ASSISTANTS to support client back-office services in a remote capacity.


Primary responsibilities of the position will include:

  • Becoming proficient with our software solutions quickly in order to assume concierge related duties on assigned team without delay

  • Assisting clients with real time tasks related to data entry, fax management, prescription refill processing, lab processing, patient scheduling, telephone inquiries, history intake and other remote services as per client protocol.

  • Attending client online meetings to discuss status and improve operational efficiencies.

  • Providing status updates to team leaders on a regular basis and according to defined parameters


  • A Graduate of Bachelor of Science in Nursing

  • Newly registered nurses are welcome

  • Understanding of medical terminology


  • Candidate must understand and speak English very clearly

  • Candidate must be able to read, write USA style English grammar

  • Candidate shall possess strong computer skills and will be required to learn our internal systems as well as our electronic health record software

  • Candidate must have a Personal Computer set which includes headset.

  • Candidate must put computer system specifications in the Resume.

  • Candidate must have a stable internet connection (LAN) with at least 30 Mbps speed (upload and download) and must have a prepaid WIFI for back-up.

  • This full-time position requires the candidate to work evening hours Monday thru Friday.
