This job is for Mynimo. We are looking for a Sales Operations Manager to lead our fast growing sales team! :)

 

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in any course.

  • At least 3 years experience in Sales Management and/or Sales Training

You'll be expected to: 

  • Manage business to business sales operations and conduct key activities to increase revenue

  • Set clear team goals and KPIs to ensure meeting and exceeding Sales Attainment and Targets.

  • Delegate tasks and set project deadlines and oversee day-to-day teams' operation and performance.

  • Facilitate regular performance evaluation and develop a well designed and motivating evaluation program.

  • Assist with client negotiations.

  • Create and promote a healthy and motivating work environment and atmosphere with the guidance of the company's Core Values.

  • Discover training needs and provide coaching as well as plan and organize team building activities.

  • Perform management duties in the absence of the operations manager or the CEO.

  • Assist management with hiring processes and new sales team member training.

  • Answer sales team member questions, help with team member problems, and oversee team member work for quality and guideline compliance.

  • Develop strategies to promote team member adherence to company regulations and performance goals.

  • Generate and share comprehensive and detailed reports about team performance, mission-related objectives, and deadlines.

  • Ensure that company brand materials and physical working spaces meet and exceed company standards.

  • Submit reports Monthly and Quarterly for sales operations performance through regular business reviews.

  • Manage the lead pool and ensure excellent penetration and conversion of leads.

  • Review, negotiate, and adhere to client contracts and service level agreements.

  • Maintain integrity and confidence among the company and its clients.

  • Other tasks that may be assigned from time to time by your immediate head, for the company to achieve its objectives.
