MARKETING MANAGER
 
Responsible for managing corporate communications and marketing initiatives. Increases brand awareness, market share and contributes to the success of campaigns to optimize revenue.   
 
Duties & Responsibilities
  • Spearhead and manage the communications and marketing of the company and work with the marketing staff to develop detailed marketing plans for media channels and sales and events teams.
  • Conceptualize and oversee the creative development and successful implementation of promotional materials, marketing campaigns, website content, advertisements, and other marketing-related projects.
  • Regularly tracks and reviews analysis on sales and marketing data gathered and recommends appropriate action plans and can adjust as needed in response to the collected data and other feedback
  • Establishes cost-effective marketing plans based on past performance and market forecasts.
  • Developing, managing, and maximizing the marketing department's budget
  • Coordinates with Sales and Customer Experience departments in the conceptualization  and planning of new product offerings, promotions, and ads creation to boost sales
  • Oversees the successful implementation of of various sales and marketing campaigns
  • Evaluates current offerings and tracks its performance metrics based on data-driven analyses
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Mass Communications, Marketing, Business Administration or similar
  • Preferably with at least two years of experience as a Communications/PR Manager, Marketing Manager, Sales and the like.
  • Excellent English communication skills both in writing & public speaking
  • Strong in public and media relations, advertising and promotions, marketing, customer service
  • Extensive knowledge of marketing strategies, channels, and branding
  • Superb leadership, interpersonal and collaboration abilities
  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Strong time management and organizational abilities
