The General Admin Assistant will be working with a dedicated team who are committed to outstanding customer service and do what it takes to ensure our clients systems run seamlessly.

 

ROLES AND DUTIES:

 

Reporting & Analysis (Daily, Weekly & Monthly Reports)

  • Tech Utilization Reports

  • Scoreboard (Weekly/Monthly)

  • Track & ensure BPR Reports and meetings are completed

  • Agreement balance | usage reports (Prepaid and Fixed Hour)

  • Research – competitors, markets

  • Project Reporting

Sales Operations

  • Coordination, Follow up and update on client meeting actions

Quotes:

  • Renewals (Gather Quotes from Supplier, compare pricing previously billed, update ticket for Sav to Invoice)

  • Pricing/stock check with Suppliers

  • Generate basic Quotes

  • Identify Marketing material to be included in Quotes

  • Create Quote Template updates.

  • Manages Sales Mailbox

  • Coordinate Sales | Renewal Boards

  • Database building & client research

  • Research on leads / opportunities

Quality Management

  • Documentation

  • Compliance Reports for Projects

  • Update databases

Stakeholders

  • Book | Coordinate Chamber of Comm Events

  • Annual Partner Certificates from Suppliers/Partners

Marketing Operations

  • Schedule | book webinars

  • Source & Upload images and stories to social media

  • Update CW Marketing Module

  • Email comms / updates to clients

  • Prepare presentations

  • Manage Vendor / Partner marketing tools

Customer Service | Support

 

ConnectWise:

  • Research – how to do/fix/change

  • Review and update standard notes

  • Set up & Review alerts

  • Create ticket templates.

  • Project Manage On | Offboarding

Administration

  • Book appointments / interviews

  • Communication with interviewees

  • Coordinate, book & follow up for onboarding tasks

  • Review time entries & alerts

CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS:

  • Strong attention to detail

  • An enthusiastic can-do attitude

  • Strong communication skills via phone and email

  • Experience and confidence to handle a workload of high volume

  • A strong work ethic, flexibility and the ability to multitask

  • Outstanding communication – both written and verbal

  • Great organisation and time management skills
