The company is now urgently hiring for:
Position: HR Officer
Male or Female, Business Management, Psychology, Human Resource Management or its equivalent
With adequate experience in human resources, particularly in recruitment, training, employee relations, compensation, and benefits.
Knowledgeable regarding Labor Laws and HR-related government compliance and requirements
Proficient in MS Office (MS Word, MS Excel, and MS PowerPoint, in particular)
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Excellent reporting and presentation skills
Notable organizational skills and the ability to provide organization and structure that others can follow
Must be able to effectively multi-task, manage time-sensitive documents, and have exceptional organization skills in a fast-paced environment
Able to maintain a professional demeanor in all situations and be able to withhold confidential information.
Ability to take constructive feedback and willing to learn new skills
Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Report to the Management
Monitors Government Mandates, Memos, and Updates
Ensure that all government concerns and statutory contributions are correct and on-time remitted.
Collaborate with Management & provide HR support to all personnel
Provides clerical and administrative support to All Department
Develop memos & company policies
Manage employee files and memos.
Represent the company in HR-related events & activities
Coordinate with the insurance provider
Organize internal company events (Christmas Party, Anniversary Celebrations, etc.)
Resolves complex employee relations issues and addresses grievances
Assist in compensation and benefits processing
Assist in the development of job descriptions
Assist in conducting employee onboarding and orientation.
Support the company in other ways with your capacity
Perform other related duties as required by the manager
