Workforce Analyst (OMD Analyst I)

Analyze and interpret data from statistical and analytical reports
Collect, evaluate data, prepare reports, provide business recommendations, and participate in the analysis and interpretation of data as appropriate to our clients.
Able to set-up and manage tool in accordance with the staffing need of the account.
At least 1 to 2 years Workforce Analyst experience in a BPO setting
With background in forecasting and scheduling
Ability to prepare reports and presentations
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Proficient in MS Office applications
