Job Responsibilities:

  • Contact and setup appointments with customers.

  • Coordinate with scheduling team if the date or schedule does not work and give the customer another date as soon as confirmed.

  • Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction.

  • Keep records of customer interactions.

  • Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies.

  • Update sales team for confirmed appointments.

  • Assist scheduling team on plotting schedules and updating activities.

Job Qualifications:

  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s/College degree.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.

  • Knowledge or background with SAP system is a plus.

  • Ability to multitask, prioritize and manage time effectively.

  • Maintain regular attendance and punctuality relative to daily work schedule.

  • Work well under pressure, capable of handling multiple tasks with less supervision.

  • Solution driven and team player.

  • Follow directions from a supervisor or manager.

  • Willing to work on a graveyard shift.

  • Can start immediately.
