  • Aligns multiple brands for Dreamscape Networks 

  • Ensures the customer's business goals are supported 

  • Builds relationships with customers while thinking strategically about how to meet business  goals 

  • Works directly with the customers, to support them with the Products and Services they  purchased 

  • Ensures customers receive exceptional customer service and meets our customer  satisfaction feedback standards 

  • Works to develop and implement for the customer by using our unique products

  • Supports the Team Leader with any new ideas to help improve our service for the customer

  • Keeps records and documentation of customer interactions for training purposes

  • Identifies client up-sell opportunities to prioritise, and executes / communicates their status,  and passes this information on to our sales team to close 


  • Must have at least 2 years in College 

  • Must have knowledge of Digital Marketing techniques 

  • Preferably with 1 year experience in Account Management within digital media, web design,  SEM or SEO 

  • Preferably with experience in managing customer campaigns 

  • Must have strong Microsoft Excel experience 

  • Preferably experience with Trello, Harvest, and Zendesk
