We urgently need:
Department: Human Resources/Admin.
Graduate of BS Psychology or Human Resources and Development Management or equivalent
Must have 2-3 years experience as an HR personnel/Generalist.
Must have an in-depth understanding of the different HR facets (most particularly about Employee and Employer relations, Labor Law compliance, and Government-Mandated Benefits).
Confident, Team player and Goal driven
Demonstrates strong effective communication in writing, business presentations, and interpersonal communication.
Exhibits an unusual degree of common sense in working with co-workers and the executive team.
Overall talent management strategy and implementation including workforce planning, recruiting, interviewing, hiring, training and development; performance planning, management development, and improvement; and succession planning

Time of Work: 8 AM to 6 PM Monday – Thursday, Friday 8:00 – 4:00 PM
