HUMAN RESOURCE STAFF

 

Job Overview:

 

This position is under general direction of the Corporate Human Resource Manager, the Human Resource Staff, performs administrative and specialized tasks in support of the day-to-day administration of the organization’s Human Resource functions in accordance with established policies and regulations while maintaining a very high degree of confidentiality.

 

Duties and Responsibilities of this position may include:

 

Compensation and Benefits (CompBen)

  • Timekeeping

  • Monitoring of Leaves, Absences, Under-time

  • Process Leaves, OBFs, OT Requests, etc.

  • Preparation and process Payroll for monthly paid employees.

  • Preparation and process weekly payroll.

  • Prepares for the Computation of ‘Last Pay’ of resigned employees.

  • Preparation and process Statutory Benefits (SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-Ibig)

  • Process SSS, PHIC and HDMF loans and claims.

  • Process SSS Maternity/Sick Notification and Reimbursement.

  • Process other works related to SSS, PHIC and HDMF.

Employee Relations

  • Carrying out the Written Reprimand processes 

  • Monthly monitoring of tardiness for NTE

  • Monthly monitoring for Absence without official leave and unauthorized undertime for NTE.

  • Prepare monthly report

  • Employee engagement activities

Recruitment

  • End-to-End Recruitment process

  • Orientation of New Employees

  • Recruitment Reports

In addition to this, perform any other tasks that may be assigned. 

 

Skills/Qualifications:

  • 1-3 years’ experience in the HR Field

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Psychology or any related field.

  • Ability to maintain high confidentiality

  • Above average oral, written and interpersonal communication skills

  • Proficiency in Basic Office Software (Word, Excel, PPT,)
