Job Description

• Keeps oneself up to date and educated in promoting company brand through recruitment platforms

• Is keen in research and data gathering to execute hiring strategies

• Schedule job interviews, contact candidates, and conducts background check as needed

• Coordinates schedules, arranges meetings, distributes memos and reports, and ensures that all staff are kept current of necessary company updates and information

• Conducts disciplinary actions to employees who violates Company Policies

• Updates company/office policies and legal compliance

• Keeps and maintains employee records and files

• Maintains physical and digital company records (employment contracts, retainer agreements,

etc.)

• Gather payroll data

• Ensures employees’ career growth in the company

• Evaluates employee performance and competence at work

• Be the first point of contact for employees on any HR-related concerns and queries

• Provides administrative assistance whenever possible

• Performs other office works such as office DIYs, marketing, and other clerical tasks as needed/directed by the management

 

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or relevant work experience

• 1 or 2 more years of selection, recruiting, and sourcing candidates using search engines, and recruitment platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook, Indeed, MyNimo, and Josbtreet)

• Has initiative and is flexible in various work situations

• Can work under pressure

• Maintains a positive and calm disposition

• Willing to work on shifting schedules, from Monday-Saturday and on holidays

• Willing to render overtime and extended hours when necessary

• Can work with minimum supervision

• Team player with excellent interpersonal skills

• Committed and with strong professional skills

• Above average verbal and written communication skills

• Has a wide range of knowledge on different marketing strategies

• Must be computer literate, and adept with MS Office application (word, excel, etc.), and Google applications (word, sheets, etc.)

• Has a good understanding of labor laws
