SALES HEAD

 

The Head of Sales has the primary role of leading the sales department, overseeing activities of the junior and senior professionals and monitoring performance as a whole. The Head of Sales defines and communicates the business’s KPIs and targets to junior sales personnel on a regular basis, analyses patterns in consumer and market behavior, and subsequently defines data-driven action strategies in order to consistently optimize the business’s commercial performance.

 

Qualifications:

  • Graduate of Bachelor’s Degree in Communications, Marketing, Business Management, Business Administration, or any other related filed. The equivalent of this in working experience is also acceptable for the position.

  • Must have at least 3 years experience in the sales department.

  • Must have exceptional communication skills.

  • Must also have a proven and successful ability to lead a group of sales personnel towards growth in enhanced sales volumes and enhanced revenue generation.

  • Good Leadership skills.

  • Must have a high proficiency in Ms Word, PowerPoint and Excel

  • Excellent Analytical Skills

  • Self-Motivated and can work with less supervision.

  • Willing to travel.

Responsibilities:

  • Successfully manage the sales process from lead generation to conversion;

  • Attend appropriate events and conferences, acting as the perfect agency ambassador while networking;

  • Win new business and achieve agreed revenue and margin targets;

  • Keep up-to-date and maintain a strong knowledge on all things digital;

  • Travel if required;

  • Demonstrate initiative and drive;

  • Generate high quality leads that result in winning new projects and accounts;

  • Develop new business relationships with top brands and corporate;

  • Devise and execute a successful business development strategy in line with the

  • Company’s plans;

  • Pitch business proposals to clients, negotiate and close sales;

  • Write compelling business proposals.

  • Lead the sales team in achieving their sales goals.
