We are actively looking for; 

                                               

HR OFFICER (COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS)

 

KEY FUNCTION:

 

Oversees the payroll management of employees in all BMI areas. They are in charge of the HRIS encoding, ledger monitoring and daily time keeping of BMI personnel.

 

Payroll  Officer makes responds to all payroll relevant queries and coordinates with the Compensation and Benefits Supervisor for any statutory claims and clarifications. 

 

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Graduate in Psychology, Industrial Engineering, Accountancy, Economics or any relevant field. 

  • At least 1 year of experience in payroll and benefits management.  

  • Knowledge in HRIS

  • Knowledge in research methods

  • Basic knowledge in Excel and business statistics.

  • Must be extremely detail-oriented, attention to accuracy.

WORK SCHEDULE:  7:00 am to 5:30 pm Monday to Friday
