LICENSED PHARMACIST

LOCATIONS:

Hilongos Branch - Barangay Central Poblacion, Hilongos, Leyte
Ormoc Branch - Barangay District 12, Ormoc City, Leyte

QUALIFICATIONS:

Must passed the Pharmacy Board Exam
With or without experience
Willing to be assigned in Cebu area and outside Cebu

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

Ensures that items are in good condition and in proper storage
Ensures that dispensing is in accordance with required FDA standards
Ensures that the prescription logbook is updated
Files prescription and other FDA documents
Ensures updated LTO is in the store ,visibly displayed
Sets guidelines on proper storage and display of pharma products
Sets guidelines in monitoring of near to expire & expired products
Prepares Returns of expiring products based on set schedule
Acts as checker on dispensing during peak hour
Conducts orientation of frontliners when there are new products delivered.
Monitors Initial Stocks movement
Gives patient counselling
Attends to customer's query about the product
Assists in dispensing when needed
