Mining of leads
Responsible for identifying and acquiring talents
Responsible for scheduling and rescheduling applicants for an interview.
Maintaining recruitment tracker
Sourcing and reaching out to qualified candidates for current open roles
Serving as a go-between candidate and hiring managers
Coordinating the hiring process end-to-end
Interview candidates in-person for a wide range of roles (junior, senior, and executive)
Informs job applicants of job duties, responsibilities, benefits, schedules, working conditions, promotion opportunities, etc.
Assists in the development and updating of job descriptions for current/new positions.
At least 1 year of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Flexible and can work with less supervision
Ability to meet hiring goals within a fast-paced environment.
Knowledgeable about Microsoft offices such as but not limited to Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
