As part of our expansion plans, we are looking for the following qualified candidates to join our team:

 

MARKETING OFFICER

Our marketing Officer is responsible for branding, a marketing practice in which a company creates a name, symbol or designs that is easily identifiable as belonging to the company. Our brand is built to be a true representation of who we are as a business, and how we wish to be perceived.

 

Job Duties & Responsibilities:

Performing turnover duties such as:

  • Handles client inquiries regarding the product in person and by phone;   

  • Conceptualizes events and marketing activities that will improve brand awareness.

  • Assists in branding initiatives.

  • Prepares promotional activities, developing and implementing ideas and concepts.

  • Coordinates with suppliers regarding marketing materials.

  •  Assists in the development of marketing strategies and campaigns.

  •  Prepares materials and host exhibits to promote brand.

  • Responsible for hosting the open house event once a month.

  • Handling sales phone calls and emails;

  • Performs marketing support related to sales.

  • Handles open house events

  •  Pipeline report

  •  Keeps immediate superior promptly and fully informed of all problems or unusual matter of significance

  • Performs all duties and responsibilities in a timely and efficient manner in accordance with the established policies and procedures of the company

  • Maintains a favorable working relationship with all other employees to foster and promote a cooperative and harmonious working environment

  • At all times project a favorable image to the public

  • Performs any other duties and tasks that may be assigned by the immediate superior from time to time.

Additional Responsibilities:

  • Responsibility for performing and/or adhering to applicable internal control policies and procedures;

  • esponsibility for carrying out activities and tasks in the required standard or quality, and in accordance with generally binding legal and internal regulations of the Company;

  • Responsibility for adhering to the Corporate Code of Conduct and Ethics for employees.

Job Qualifications:

  • Bachelors Degree in Business Administration in Marketing Management or any relevant

  • 2-3 years of experience in the related field

  • Specializing in real estate or equivalent

  • Oral and written fluency in English

  •  Basic understanding of local language

  • Good behavior and polite

  • Good demeanor

  • Proactive, teamplayer, dependable

  • Good communicator

  • Ability to lead the team

  • Strong networking & social skills

  • Excellent negotiation skills

  • Excellent presentation skills
