We are looking for a Business Development Specialist / Lead Generation to join our team.


Job Description:

 

This person is responsible for reaching out to companies and qualifying business opportunities through outbound calling. This person will also be responsible for navigating each potential customer's business structure, gathering necessary information, and scheduling appointments with them.

 

Job Responsibilities:

  • Generate new business opportunities by lead generation and making outbound phone calls to potential customers to offer our services

  • Produce required number of appointments per week/month

  • Sending emails and reply to responses of prospects

  • Manage, Track and Report daily appointment setting activities through CRM

  • Sourcing data, lists and potential leads through web searches

  • Explaining services over the phone and by email, and getting prospects to agree on an Appointment

  • Develop a sound understanding of company value proposition for industry vertical

  • Other related duties as assigned

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in a similar position and working knowledge of the industry

  • Basic knowledge in business management and growth

  • Helpful attitude and friendly demeanour

  • Highly professional and dependable

  • Comfortable communicating with business executives in diverse industries.

  • Goal-oriented individual with a sense of urgency

  • Excellent communication, customer service, problem solving skills, including the ability to maintain composure under stress

  • Strong organizational and time management skills

  • Excellent telephone skills
