What is your mission?


Recruitment Operations

  • Develops job announcements, advertisements and other documents to generate applicant pools

  • Ensures all jobs are posted in compliance with company and regulatory guidelines.

  • Maintains applicant logs in compliance with company and regulatory standards

  • Identifies sourcing channels sufficient to supply candidate flow

  • Sources sufficient pool of candidates to meet hiring needs

  • Screens candidates in accordance with company and account applicable regulations

  • Supplies a pool of qualified candidates to hiring managers

  • Prepares and delivers offer letters, employment contracts or letters of elimination

  • Conducts pre-offer screenings to including but not limited to reference checking (case-to-case basis)

Stakeholder Management

  • Maintains effective relationships with Operations/Business Units

  • Initiates calibration sessions to maintain alignment on hiring requirement/s profiles

  • Attends calls, meetings, reporting, et al. Ensures timely communication with stakeholders regarding recruitment service-related concerns

Reports Management

  • Keeps track of daily/weekly/monthly productivity by maintaining hiring related reports

  • Maintains files in accordance with company and external auditor standards to include advertising documentation, applicant records and screening records

  • Uses, maintains and updates internal tools in accordance to applicant processing


  • Conducts post-offer screenings to including but not limited to background screening, regulatory hire requirements and medical screens.

  • Clears candidates for hire and communicates directly with candidates to keep them engaged through start date. 

  • Communicates with appropriate hiring/HR Manager/Trainer regarding start date

  • May assist with orientation functions as required

  • Assists the Onboarding team in collecting and validating pre-employment requirements; initiates follow-ups as needed


  • Oversees and mentors the recruitment supports (associates)

  • Creates and sends out daily reports to the leadership team

  • Attrition monitoring

  • Coordinates and monitors activities to suggest and implement new and existing policies, procedures, and practices within area of responsibility

  • Performing adhoc tasks as needed

  • Any other duties and responsibilities that may be assigned to you by the management from time to time, within your category of employment in the organization and for the effective implementation, maintenance and continual improvement of the Quality Management System of TDCX.

Who are we looking for?

  • With at least 3-5 years of relevant work experience

  • Preferably worked on the same industry (BPO) performing the same function

  • Experienced Recruiter adept in candidate sourcing and uses multiple and diverse sourcing strategies

  • Experienced Recruiter with strong competency profiling, interview skills and behavioral assessment & multiple assessment methodologies

  • Excellent relationship management and business partnering skills with both internal and external stakeholders.

  • With a Bachelor’s degree in business, human resources, industrial psychology or any related field

  • Has excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal

  • Can work with minimal supervision

  • Flexible and can work on shifting/rotating schedules as needed

  • Can work on a WFH set-up (with internet connection and device)

  • Can start ASAP
