SOCIAL MEDIA SPECIALIST

 

Responsibilities:

  • Daily publication on all client's social media accounts following a strict guideline protocol.

  • Can generally assist and mentor junior publishers.

  • Assisting in campaign publication on scheduling tools and platforms.

  • Must actively take part on monthly meetings, training set by the senior management team.

  • Must document tasks handled, issues encountered and solutions.

Qualifications:

  • Graduate of Communication Arts, Journalism, Broadcasting, and the like. Fresh graduates are okay.

  • Has a working knowledge and understanding on across several Social Media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, YouTube, Pinterest, Tiktok, Snapchat etc.

  • Has a working knowledge and understanding of Social Media scheduling tools such as Hootsuite, Sprinklr, Sprout Social etc.

  • Has the knowledge and understanding of Google workspace tools (Docs, Sheets, Drive, etc.).

  • Must be equipped with the ability to analyze data and create reports.

  • Must be equipped with the ability to keep up with the latest trends and social media best practices.

  • Excellent investigate, problem-solving and researching skills.

  • Excellent attention to detail with strong organizational skills

  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

  • Can communicate properly in the English language. Knowledge on other foreign languages is a plus.

  • Strong time management skill. Ability to prioritize deadlines and develop strategies.

  • Fast learner and can think outside the box.

  • Proactive, reliable and can work with minimal supervision.

  • Ability to effectively present information to internal and external associates.

  • Willing to work on a shifting schedule, weekends, and holidays included.
