Aiming to expand our pool of multi-talented individuals, we are looking for a versatile B2B Content Marketing Specialist
Participating in the development and implementation of Arcanys’ content marketing strategies
Crafting interesting, well-researched, and engaging content such as blogs, digital content for emails, ads, social media posts, podcast and video scripts, landing pages; as well as sales enablement materials such as whitepapers and case studies
Distributing the content across all relevant channels to drive traffic, engage target users, drive higher conversion rates, and increase brand awareness
Continuously measure and improve content performance; create reports leveraging Google Analytics and social media analytics tools
Knowledge of the software development or BPO industry is a major plus
Bachelor’s in business or marketing with at least 4 years experience in a similar role
Strong writing, storytelling, strategizing, and organizational skills; able to write in simple, compelling language (English only)
Must be knowledgeable of SEO concepts with experience writing SEO-friendly content
Must be knowledgeable of Google Analytics
Business software familiarity is a plus (Google suite, Slack, Asana)
You are a self-starter, passionate about learning and always looking for new ways to use content to engage potential customers
You are curious and do what it takes to make sure you understand our customer pain points and the value we provide for our customers
You are flexible and able to manage parallel deliverables
You take ownership of projects to bring them to completion, pulling in resources from across the company as needed or required
You are resourceful and have a strong team spirit
