We are looking for a MARKETING SPECIALIST who will be the champion in leading the evolution of our brands. The key responsibility of the Marketing Specialist will be working closely with both internal and external stakeholders to align on strategy, communication objectives, execution and deployment on all Marketing campaign initiatives.


The Marketing Specialist will act as the key point of contact for various stakeholders involved in carrying out the marketing activities. Our ideal candidate will have proven experience in identifying target audiences, creating and devising successful targeted marketing strategies & campaigns that drive results. This person must be capable of managing multiple products launches and campaigns to several market segments concurrently.


This person should have a strong social media and marketing background, and be up to date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement. This individual should be somebody who is a curious, self-starter, enjoys to be challenged and is natural leader.


Primary Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for our growth opportunities to increase our acquisition, retention and improve our client experience

  • Develops and leads transformation efforts within the Consumer Marketing department

  • communicates clear and compelling strategy and content that drive results

  • Plan, organize, develop, direct, implement, control and evaluate the design, development of all marketing strategies including all social media strategies, content development , and advertising promotion campaigns across all media and communication channels.

  • Work with the head of Consumer Marketing & Assist in product development and develop and evaluate the marketing strategies

  • Collaborate on strategy development, creation, planning, and execution of innovative partnership opportunities

  • Monitor, analyze and report on customer , market and consumer insights to drive business planning for current and future marketing campaigns

  • Structures and monitors the work of agencies, freelancers, and other partners who develop content and information programs

  • Establish distribution networks for products and services, initiate market research studies and analyze their findings

  • Working on PR initiatives and manage content

  • Develop, Manage and execute ad strategy for Google ads

  • Facebook ads management/boosting content

  • Understanding top level of SEO etc. and Data Analytics

  • Review management across Google, Facebook etc. and Track performance of all marketing campaigns and initiatives.

  • Launch product marketing campaigns to reach target audiences, supporting New Product development efforts

  • Analyze all reporting metrics while identifying opportunities to optimize performance and report insights to leadership

  • Develop all digital marketing plans including SEO/SEM, email marketing, social media, and online advertising campaigns

  • Manage blog 

  • Manage share a sale (affiliate marketing) 

  • lead generation for B2B 

  • Manage marketing for digital and physical products 

  • Manage wholesale platforms such as abound, bulletin and Faire 

  • Shopify platform/ has worked with it in some capacity 


  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications or related field or equivalent experience

  • A dynamic well-seasoned professional with over 5 years of relevant experience

  • Seasoned specialist of both online and offline marketing channels with a deep understanding of growth marketing fundamentals

  • Experience in successfully managing Google Ads, Google Analytics and Facebook Ads and all social media platforms

  • Proficiency in of current social media platforms and trends (Facebook, tiktok, Instagram, Pinterest) 

  • Multi-channel digital marketing expertise

  • Experience in utilizing data to drive decisions

  • Experience with Shopify

  • Strong communications and organizational skills with the ability to multi-task and adapt to change in a fast-paced dynamic environment

  • A high-energy individual who is very detail oriented and a creative thinker.

  • Self-starter who can work independently
