What is your mission?
You are required to perform these job functions:
Skilled in basic troubleshooting procedures in iOS devices and MAC OS Computers
Consistent and comprehensive knowledge of Apple Technology and applications
Ability to differentiate between Mac models and list the general requirements and limitations based on hardware features
Ensures the proper way to use data migration tools to migrate data from one Mac to another
Ability to Identify and describe security settings for Gatekeeper, FileVault 2, Firewall, Firmware (EFI) passwords, location services, and more
Knowledgeable on how permission is used to enhance security and identify built-in tools and techniques for isolating and resolving permissions issues in macOS
Skilled in System Preferences and Apple accessories to configure a wired or Wi-Fi connection to a network—and securely share data over that network
Proficient in using tools in macOS to configure online services, such as an Apple ID account, iCloud, Mail, and Continuity
Troubleshoot, evaluate, and isolate specific issues to learn how to resolve them
Who are we looking for?
Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Master's Degree in IT, Computer Science or equivalent
Preferably with 2 years of working experience in the related field is ideal for this position.
Knowledgeable in IT equipment especially desktop and laptops – both in Hardware and Software.
Ability to troubleshoot problem systematically.
Familiarity with Inventory and Helpdesk Ticketing Tool is an advantage.
Demonstrated hands-on experience with computer networks, server administration, and server installation.
Preferably with basic knowledge / experience on MAC OS and JAMF Pro administration.
