  • Manage the overall performance of the team, monitor their deliverables and provide support to ensure that all services are made available to employees and trainees

  • Investigate cases referred to HR related to employee discipline

  • Effectively facilitate calibration sessions and disseminate process and policy updates to the program and support heads

  • Conduct DA and Separation process calibration to newly hired and tenured Supervisors and Officers to ensure alignment, compliance and smooth processing of DA/Separation on the team’s end

  • reate, review and revise policies, procedures, and employment documents/agreements to ensure process consistency, alignment to the company and client requirements, and in labor laws

  • Coordinate with support groups to resolve Employee Relations concerns

  • Perform ad hoc tasks to support departmental needs and functions


  • Candidate must possess a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology or related field

  • At least 5 years of experience working in BPO managing a team in Human Resource, Labor Relations and/or Employee Discipline

  • Experience in conducting orientation/calibration sessions

  • Knowledge in Conflict management

  • Detail oriented, accurate, analytical, and strategic thinker

  • Excellent communication, and negotiating, and probing skills

  • Proficient in creating reports and in using MS Office

  • Must be willing to work flexible schedules (including night shift, weekends, and holidays)
