As part of our continuous growth, we are seeking for a MARKETING SUPPORT SPECIALIST who is responsible to provide general support to end users (families).



  • Organize calendar of multiple monthly email campaigns and report out to key metrics to stakeholders.

  • Assist YM Marketing in tracking the status of monthly email campaigns.

  • Provide reminders ensure timely release of monthly email campaigns.

  • Process banner ad orders in internal admin by downloading ad creative and updating order status.

  • Review Ad creative to ensure the Ad space is utilized properly.

  • Work with partner account managers and possibly employers to ensure the ad creative meets required criteria.

  • Create records in Adtech for sites, customers and advertisers, which includes creating pages, placements, uploading creative, generating ad tags.

  • Use internal admin tools to place tags on the appropriate pages, and QA to ensure the advertisement appears correctly.

  • Ensure the ad space is filled and up to date, by removing expired ads and placing house ads if required.

  • Create custom job widget based on the customer needs and specification and troubleshoot all issues that come up.

  • Create and edit email marketing materials using HTML according to specifications provided.

  • Pull and scrub lists of emails to be used for email marketing for various YM databases (Admin/Salesforce).

  • Pull and format the jobs feed for Job Flash Emails.

  • Organize emails, marketing materials/templates, and upload and organize scrubbed lists on Informz.

  • Pulling and uploading data for Google AdWords campaign.

  • Importing registered users to our internal CM utilizing PeopleImport tool for campaigns.

  • Pulling metrics for Admin pages, landing pages, and subscriber numbers.


  • College Degree preferred or has completed 2 years in college

  • Must have at least 1-2 years of relevant work experience

  • Knowledge in Windows Operating Systems, Browser / Search Engines, Social Media and Other Websites.

  • Intermediate HTML knowledge required.

  • Basic Photoshop knowledge preferred.

  • Ability to learn and use Yourmembership's various databases, marketing automation tools and reporting tools.

  • Ability to troubleshoot CSS and JavaScript conflicts.

  • Resourcefulness in developing and looking for solutions.

  • Strong organization and prioritization skill.

  • Good communication skills - written and verbal.

  • Ability to track the status of multiple projects.
