Yourmembership by Community Brands is looking for a talented Customer Success Coordinator who will manage all aspects of YM relationships with an assigned portfolio of job board customers.  One who will develop strategies to increase job board revenue and value delivered to end-users, on behalf of our partners. Customer Success Coordinator will take the initiative in helping to identify new ways to improve our processes and communication and become the trusted advisor to partners to make credible persuasive recommendations with respect to pricing, marketing tactics, product offerings, and job board design. In this role you’ll:

  • Assist partners by offering exceptional service and creating strong professional relationships.

  • Serve as partners’ primary contact for all service needs, and liaise with other departments at YourMembership, including IT and Development enhancement, to deliver satisfaction.

  • Be flexible and use good judgment when providing solutions for partners to ensure their experience with YourMembership meets their expectations.

  • Develop a strong understanding of the job board industry through ongoing research with the goal of becoming a subject matter expert for our partners.

  • Develop a strong understanding of YourMembership ongoing innovation and present the benefits of this innovation to partners to spur adoption of new products and services.

  • Present yourself to partners in a way that reflects YourMembership as a positive, professional, organization dedicated to customer service.

  • Relay feedback from partners to YourMembership managers regarding partner expectations and make recommendations as to how to exceed those expectations.

  • Assist partners in understanding and maximizing website and career site functionality.

We'd love to have you if you possess...

  • Any bachelor’s degree in marketing, business management, or communications

  • Certification in computer languages that is pertinent to the role is an advantage

  • Must have at least 1-year experience or in any related field

  • Call Center experience is an advantage

  • Good working background in HTML, CSS, Sales Force, Basecamp and JIRA

  • Effectively manage customer questions and concerns regarding the launch process

  • Clearly communicate ideas and give directions to customers; comfortable with new technologies and working within multiple systems

  • Effectively respond to all aspects of customers’ inquiries or requests regarding the launch of their job boards

  • Take initiative to prioritize, manage, and complete projects with very little direction or supervision from counterparts

  • Strong organization and prioritization skills

  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and customer service skills

  • Ability to learn new tasks and create relationships with partners

  • Highly articulate and professional

  • Handles pressure well

  • Hard worker, self-motivated and driven to succeed

  • Intermediate to advanced technical and development skills such as HTML and CSS platforms

  • Outstanding attention to details

  • Dedicated to completing projects in a timely manner.
