Job Description
  • We are looking for someone who can be part of our 24/7 support team. The job will require monitoring the support lines for both phone and email. It will also involve  data management tasks so above average typing skills as well as attention to detail will be very important. Our clients range from CEOs, Directors to Analysts and Associates. We are looking for applicants who are confident, professional and have good work ethic.
Qualifications:
  • BS Mass/Development Communication; Information Technology; Industrial Engineering; Computer Science/Engineering and other related fields
  • Can speak and write in English clearly and accurately with proficiency in typing and grammar;
  • Effective listening skills and multi-tasking capabilities;
  • Knowledgeable with basic software computer applications such as Excel, Word and PPT;
  • Willing to work on a graveyard shift and flexible with working hours;
  • Works well under pressure and conscious in meeting deadlines;
  • Keen on details and team player.
