Job Overview:

The Content Creator is responsible for creating compelling digital and social media copy that attracts, engages, and supports prospective employees and clients at every stage of the marketing funnel—from awareness to onboarding.

Responsibilities

Create and edit written, video, and photo content.
Create content in a voice that's consistent with SOPHI's brand guidelines and tone.
Write accurate, keyword-rich, actionable blog content that delivers results he or she knows how to track, analyze, and optimize on.
Use media editing software such as Final Cut and Photoshop Curate and maintain the production and publishing of SOPHI’s blog.
Communicate with writers and proofread written pieces Prepare writeups and manage monthly marketing campaigns and promotional content.

Skills and Qualifications

Portfolio of previous work demonstrating writing and marketing abilities.
Advanced writing, editing, and storytelling skills.
Familiarity with search engine optimization and Google Analytics.
Strong knowledge of content management systems, such as WordPress Experience creating social media content.

Education & Experience

Bachelor’s degree in communications, marketing, or a related field 1-3 years of experience in content marketing, copywriting, or journalism.
Experience in creating social media content.
